The sheet had blood stains on them and when we called to request the sheets to be replaced. We was told the the room service was closed and the ground keeper had to bring them up. He stated that he did not know how to make beds so he left them thrown on. We had to wait two days for clean towels and body wash to be replaced. NEVER AGAIN!!!

We stay here every time we come back. The breakfast is good, the staff are awesome, the rooms are nice and the location is excellent. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Nice place to stay in Monroeville

Okay stay, could have been better if water supply to hotel was not shut off for about 7 hours! Unforeseen event - not blaming anyone. Room and amenities were excellent. Recommended.

This was not what I expected from a Residence Inn. It was dirty and needs upgrading. I have enjoyed the Residence Inns in many cities and was surprised at the lack of details in this location. I would only stay here again if it was an emergency.

Far from excellent.

The room was filthy and the bed had seen better days. Wear and tear on the walls is one thing, but the room was dusty and floors dirty. I can’t understand how the hotel had such a good rating.

Very dirty room

The room was filthy. I took pictures and can share them with you. The bed skirt and floor had dust, dirty spots, etc. I slept at the desk in a chair. I would have left, but I checked in around midnight. The system will not allow me to upload any of my photos.
