"The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating to our kids. Everything was clean and as it should be if a little outdated. The Christmas decorations in the lobby and garden were a real plus for the kids. Our waiter was especially wonderful at dinner and breakfast I wish i remembered his name. Great value for the price. "This is one of our go to Resorts. We are excited for the expansion. The food is always great and on point. The service is wonderful. Everyone is always very sweet and personable. We have left other resorts to stay here because the service and amenities are just better. They really make you feel comfortable."

"I hate giving negative reviews but this was not a nice experience. Although the staff were very nice and friendly, the website pictures do not show the age and disrepair of this property. There is a continual smell of sulphur outside that comes in your room if you open the windows for fresh air. The place has not been updated I think since the 1950’s. The town is similar unfortunately with disrepair everywhere. "

"Beautiful hotel, but was overbooked so we couldn’t eat at the restaurants on site. If you are a tourist at the hotel, you will be treated differently. We were told that we couldn’t eat at the restaurant or go to the beach. They said it was fully booked but there was tons of loungers available.. we felt unwelcome and received very cold service We would never return. Otherwise the "
