Cute place

If you are looking for cute and clean place to visit Prescott this is it. Five minutes away from town close to bars and restaurants. Owner was communicating with us from the day we made original reservations with super detailed instructions. Highly recommend this place

Inside property was nice, clean, comfort. Driveway was not ideal for a full size pickup truck. Surrounding areas was unkempt. Property manager always responded and answered my questions. Would stay again if we are in area with a different vehicle

Cute little house

This property was perfect for our short stay in Prescott. The AC blew cold, there is a full kitchen and the complimentary coffee was a bonus. We would stay again on our next trip out there.

The place was nice and clean. I thought the description said it had a pull-out sofa but I do not believe it did. Overall, it was a great little spot. It was a little hard to find at first, but they communicated well with us to help us find it. Thank you!

A week in Prescott

Being of town but close to town was great but the surrounding area was a little sketchy. The apartment was clean but the refrigerator stunk and started making noise after a few days.

great Trip

Neighborhood was very rustic but quiet. Greg helped me getting in and with smart TV which I didn't understand, I have cable. Property was small but worked well, gave Greg a few suggestions on things such as a place to put our clothes, we had no dresser, large closet only.
