Welcome to your Prescott home-away-from-home! Our cozy hillside apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort, quiet, and convenience - just 1.5 miles from Whiskey Row, yet tucked in a peaceful neighborhood with open views of the beautiful Bradshaw Mountains.

Step inside and make yourself at home:

- Comfortable queen bed for restful nights
- Fold-out couch is great for one adult or two small kids
- Spacious, updated bathroom with modern touches
- Kitchenette fully stocked for simple cooking
- Washer and dryer in the unit
- Dedicated workspace with fiber internet - perfect for remote work or streaming
- Smart TV for cozy movie nights
- Private entrance for your own easy access

Outside, you’ll have access to a side yard with comfy chairs, mountain views, and a firepit - a great spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind under a sky full of stars (no city lights here, so stargazing is amazing!).

Pets are welcome for an additional fee! Please note - the yard is not directly attached to the apartment. You'll have to walk outside and up the stairs to access it. This is important for your furry kids as you'll need to escort them outside.

A few things to note:

This is the lower level of our home, and we live upstairs. You may occasionally hear us walking or our pets moving around, but we’re always mindful of your space and happy to help if you need anything. We do our best to keep the noise down, but we do live here.

The driveway is steep; please exercise caution when driving or walking.

You can walk downtown in about 30 minutes, but the return trip is uphill - great for those who like a little exercise! The drive is less than 5!

Whether you’re visiting Prescott to explore, hike, or relax, our cozy hillside retreat offers a quiet, comfortable place to recharge — close to everything, but peaceful enough to truly unwind.

This is a perfect Prescott spot. It is close to town and trails. The place was spotless and had everything you might need for a stay. It was very comfortable and our hosts were exceptionally helpful and kind.

I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was one of the best. From the best stocked kitchen to beautiful accents the place felt very luxurious. Everything was very comfortable. The host was responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
