I love the hotel and the history of the place. The staff was very nice and helpful. The elevator was out while we were there which was a huge pain for my disabled sister and our luggage. And I would have strongly preferred cold water and ice on our floor or at the very least a small fridge. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The property was under construction. The elevator did not work. The rooms were adequate. The bathroom was very tiny and the facilities were small and low heightwise. The mirror was not above the sink but on the side wall. The location of the hotel was very good.

i understand that elevators break down but this time we stayed, & we've been going there for at least 15 years or so, i was using a cane from a recent injury & there was zero offer for some sort of compensation for the inconvenience of climbing the stairs up to the third floor. Nnt an easy climb at 78!

Very vintage hotel..they are doing some renovations...but the hotel is beautiful and right in the middle of Whiskey row!! Would love to go back

This was our second trip to this hotel. It’s a historic hotel and is currently under renovation. That being said, none of the renovations were an obstacle to our stay. We were put in an updated room and they are doing an excellent job!!! Comfortable and classy without changing the vibe of the old hotel. The location can’t be beat, right on Whiskey Row. The best thing about this hotel is the staff - from the front desk to the bartender to housekeeping - everyone was so friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next visit.

We were not notified about the elevator being out of order. We are on the third floor. My wife is 86 and barely made it up to our room taking the stairs twice. When checking in, it was too late to find other lodging in Prescott. Disappointed!

Very old hotel, with tiny rooms and bathroom facilities. Beds were uncomfortable. Nice location. Nice restaurant downstairs. Friendly and nice staff. I wouldn’t stay here again nor recommend for a relaxing time. People said it’s haunted as well.

This property is on the historic registry so don’t expect a modern bathroom with space to move about. It is charming and any conveniences you give up in that respect, is certainly worth it to have the location.

Loved the history. Great place great people. Small rooms but that doesnt bother me. Thats how they use to be.. Old elevator. Grate on front. Terrific place.

Very historic hotel and you get exactly that with no complaints. Rooms simple and very clean. Beds comfortable and slept very well. Perfect location right on Whiskey Row.

New owner shut water off from 10pm to 6am Advertised amenities did not exist. On site parking 3 to 4 blocks away in public parking garage. Rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis.

Surely a piece of history. This hotel is a very unique snap shot of a time before automobiles and most modern conveniences. Super unique elevator. On the corner of whiskey row, great place to start a stroll around the old part of Prescott
