Hillside Hideaway Centrally Located Cottage, Close to Trails, Lakes & Town

Hillside Hideaway is a quiet modern cottage. Located centrally in Prescott National Forest between the iconic Granite Mountain & Thumb Butte. Located 3 miles from Prescott Courthouse Square & surrounded by 150 miles of hikable/bikable local trails & several recreational lakes. Unplug, relax, reset & connect with nature or history on this beautiful new retreat located on a historical 1930's two acre ranch. The hideaway is on our family's 2 acre property but separate and private from the main house. Hillside Hideaway is close to all amenities yet still offers fresh air, a feeling of space & country cottage charm.

Hillside Hideway is a modern country cottage located next to our family home on 2 acres in the Pines. The Hideaway has a large front yard with bedroom views of Thumb Butte. Enjoy your mornings on a private patio, lunch under the Umbrella, dinner with lights, or star gazing in our cozy Adorondack chairs.
Play patio games with the kids or tag in the front yard, enjoy the fresh air and the sounds of nature, or enjoy our beautiful water feature. Our cottage provides the softness sheets, a variety of pillows, and cozy blankets. The bedroom and living space have Roku TVs with many stations, and as you glance around, you will see local scenic photography and historical maps. A full bathroom with soaps and soft towels is provided and laundry amenities if you need it. A full kitchen and outside grill provides most any item you will need to stay in and cook.

The Hillside Hideaway Cottage, connected private patio, front yard of cottage, and driveway are yours to enjoy!


We provide self check-in. Please text or call anytime. We are located on the property but provide you with your own secluded space and privacy.

Hillside Hideaway is located 3 miles from town, 4 miles to the basin of Granite Mountain, 1 mile from trails connecting to Thumb Butte, & 7 miles from the airport. Uber/Lyft services can be utilized as well as our local taxi service. Airport shuttles are available from Phoenix, Mesa, or Prescott Airport.
