About this property

The Flitstone Studio

  • Brand new retro absolutely adorable studio. It is a very peaceful setting, Boasting a new comfy king size bed and a grass lawn with outside seating for your enjoyment!
    Wood Fire pit is also available upon request when fire restrictions are not in force. The studio has all new retro appliances with fully equipped kitchen (no oven though does have an electric stovetop) and a Nepresso Coffee Maker. Smart TV and a decorative barn door for the bathroom area. We just added an air fryer and a toaster oven! It has a Washer and Dryer for your convenience.
    The studio has keyless entry and the area is very private!
    Come enjoy all the beauty Prescott has to offer! The studio is located behind the main house and it shares a driveway with the main guesthouse, it has ample parking for several vehicles and the left side of the driveway is designated for the studio. Both properties have a private entrance and are designed for maximum privacy. The studio Is located about 3 miles from the courthouse square a 10 minute drive for fun boutique shopping and great restaurants!
