Good location and service
The services were great, the honer and his father and the sister were so kinds. We were around 2 months ago... and for Israelies the services were wonderful!!!

Best choice ever!
We have perfect 6-night stays here. This is a family-run hotel and the hostess is very friendly and helpful. Her father who serves our breakfast is an adorable grandpa. The whole stay in this hotel is a very homey and relaxing experience. The Free Wi-Fi connection is also very satisfactory. The location is great and there's a supermarket nearby. This is a good base for visiting towns in Tuscany such as Florence, Pistoia, Lucca, etc. Highly recommended!

perfect vacation
Had a wonderful time at Albergo Il Giglio. The family who owns the hotel made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The location is near Monash University and is great for exploring Tuscany. The train station is a few blocks away and trains to Florence and any other town/city run frequently and are very cheap. Parking was free in front of the hotel. The breakfast was fresh and Alvarez always served the coffee (whichever way you like it!) freshly and individually made. The rooms were maintained very clean and tidy. Stefano gave us excellent tips of which sights/places to visit and how best, cheapest, and fastest to get there. His insider knowledge was invaluable and helped us decide when to take the train or the car. The restaurants he recommended were fantastic.

Fabulous family-run hotel with a personal touch. The location is excellent: close to Monash University, buses, and the train station (only 19 minutes to Florence by train). Free parking in front of the hotel with a pass provided by the owner. Plenty continental breakfast with fruit and yoghurt and great coffee. Very clean room!

Albergo a 10 min a piedi dalla stazione di Prato Centrale. Proprietari accoglienti, disponibili per qualsiasi necessità o curiosità turistiche. Essendo in prossimità di locali, la stanza fino a mezzanotte è allietata nel bene e nel male dalla musica.

Il prezzo è troppo alto per la qualità dei servizi offerta: locale angusto, sorprendentemente scomodo (scale ripidissime per raggiungere le stanze ), camere e soprattutto il bagno al limite della agibilità, assolutamente non fruibile da persone alte e robuste:::

Gentile cliente, siamo spiacenti che la scelta della nostra struttura non abbia rispettato le sue aspettative. Precisiamo che il nostro albergo è situato in un edificio del 1800 ed è quindi chiaro che non possa avere le caratteristiche che hanno i moderni edifici costruiti appositamente per essere adibiti ad hotel. Le assicuriamo però che nei 50 anni della nostra attività abbiamo ospitato con piacere centinaia di persone alte e robuste che hanno fruito senza problemi dei servizi delle nostre camere e che hanno scelto di tornare più volte da noi. E' in centro ed è tutto comodamente raggiugnibile a piedi. La struttura ha qualche annetto ma è ben tenuta. Giusto rapporto tra qualità e prezzo. Personale molto gentile

Accogliente hotel in una città tutta da scoprire
L’albergo è molto accogliente e ben curato: camera spaziosa, pulizia eccellente e personale gentilissimo. Prato è una piccola città, sconosciuta ai più, ma molto graziosa.

Eenvoudig hotel met prettige staf
Logeerde 4 dagen in Prato en was tevreden over Il Giglio. De kamer is eenvoudig, maar de airco werkt en de douche is warm. Personeel (familie) is heel erg attent en vriendelijk.

Excellent service...entreprise familiale gens très dévoués à leur client....gare à 10 minutes de marcheet à 20 min de Florence en train. Avions réservé pour une nuit, mais nous avons prolongé d'une autre. Nous y retournerions volontiers.

Et Hotel hvor der er hvad man skal bruge. Det var pænt og rent og personalet var virkelig flinke og hjælpsomme. Ikke nogen kæmpe morgenbuffet, men det var godt det der var.

Hotel a conduzione familiare, il personale è veramente molto gentile, ti aiutano per qualsiasi cosa. Le camere grandi ma sono ancora di uno stile molto vecchio anche l'arredamento, le finestre non ben chiuse e si sentono tutti i rumori provenienti dalle strade, sembra si abbiano le auto e le persone dentro in camera. Colazione nulla di eccezionale. La posizione buona, a soli pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Prato.

Kleine Herberge - sehr freundlich geführt
Dieses sehr kleine Albergol liegt im Zentrum von Prato. Es wird sehr zuvorkommend und höchst freundlich von der Inhaber-Familie geführt. Für die eine Nacht war es perfekt! Günstig gelegene Parkmöglichkeit.

Albergo con nessuna pretesa, con tutti i confort che ti può dare un hotel a 2 stelle. Personale molto gentile e cordiale. Colazione un po' spartana.

Hotellet ligger tæt på centrum og tæt på togstationen, hvilket er super. Servicen på hotellet er helt suveræn. Dette familie-ejede sted sørger for at man er godt tilpas. De er hjælpsomme, høflige og professionelle. Jeg kan varmt anbefale dette lille hotel...
