"We were the first occupants for the 2016 season and were upgraded to a larger room.the room was very spacious but if it had full occupancy would need more drawers/shelves. We were self catering and very early in the season with very limited places to eat. Therefore I cooked in the apartment a few times however there wasn't any toaster, grill or oven which resulted in very few dishes that could be cooked using only a two ring hob.

"Lovely resort. Lounge and reception area very fresh and modern. Three different pool area; main pool with relaxing music, second with activities, three waterslides nearby for bigger sliders and little waterpark for little ones. Third poolarea is for adults only. Had deluxe room with patio terrace, very good quality in room, clean, modern, comfortable beds, good air-condition. Highly recommend to reserve this type of room. Beach is walking distance from resort, but not so nice to spend time...

"Lovely Villa, Great views, Great Swimming pool, Beautiful location and very peaceful. However, the property needs attention. The bathrooms are terrible the shower head in the main on suite is worst than a 2 star hotel, the shower head holder is broken you could only hold the shower head whilst you washed. It is a shower within a bath and the water from the shower collected around your feet as the bath drain is blocked also the bath plug was missing and black mould had accumulated around the back of the bath. You could not use the wash basin as the basin plug would not release so you had to keep the tap running. The other 2 showers within the property are so small you could hardly turn around, you certainly could not wash you hair as you elbows were banging against the shower doors and wall. There is NO Wi-FI. as the router was not responding. The 2 safes one was locked and the other would only work without the overide key, which is easy to duplicate. Unable to contact Spyros, the owner, despite sending many messages. When you pay over 4,000 Euros for a two week stay, you do not expect to put up with all the above. Far worst than a 2 star hotel. "Nice hotel overall, feels like a “budget Mitsis,” but still a solid choice. It’s quite large, which isn’t really my preference, and there were a few minor issues. That said, the stay was pleasant and the atmosphere enjoyable. They seem aware of what could be improved. I might consider coming back in a few years. "
"This was our first vacation with all our adult children together and it was made perfect by Villa Panoramic.The property is spacious with plenty of room for relaxation indoors and out. Balconies for bedrooms as well as the main room have views over the nearby mountains and the sea. Also plenty of space to relax by the swimming pool.The town of Agios Mattheos is wonderfully unspoiled, located in a quiet part of the island that is not overrun with tourists but has lovely scenery and authentic local restaurants. Our host Spiros was wonderful from start to finish, including finding a doctor for a late night health emergency the evening before we left. Spiros owns a family olive oil business The Governor's Mill. Go for a tasting and tour. You'll never taste better."
