"DO NOT STAY HERE.The hotel was absoluteyl disgusting and dirty. A microwave was provided next to the buffet to heat it up ouselves. There were flies on all the food. The room stank of urine. We left after half an hour and after they said that we could have a refund due to the situation, they are now refusing. "

"We were the first occupants for the 2016 season and were upgraded to a larger room.the room was very spacious but if it had full occupancy would need more drawers/shelves. We were self catering and very early in the season with very limited places to eat. Therefore I cooked in the apartment a few times however there wasn't any toaster, grill or oven which resulted in very few dishes that could be cooked using only a two ring hob.

"The new lobby, bar and pool area with the sophisticated tasteful restaurant that is located close to the lobby and right at the pool area are the highlight of the hotel. New renovated rooms are 5 star like and no complains about anything. Staff was exceptional friendly to insure a perfect stay"

"The property was attractive and clean but not as advertised and without running water. I don't know if this is normal for Corfu, but the water supply failed every day, sometimes for more than 20 hours, so we could not flush the toilets, have a shower or run the dishwasher. The property owners were charming and keen to help, phoning the authorities every time we notified them, but it did mean we sometimes felt we were camping rather than staying in a house. They told us the previous tenants had broken the pool and the washing machine, and replaced the pool within a couple of days when we asked, however they could not replace the washing machine. I would like to emphasise the owners were charming and we enjoyed our holiday, but it was less relaxing than I thought it would be! I think staying in the house over autumn/winter would mean these issues would not arise. The air conditioning worked perfectly, use of the netflix account was much appreciated, and the barbecue/dining area was gorgeous, as was the garden generally. I loved watching the swallows and, later, bats flying around the garden, and the children enjoyed the pool enormously. If the water issues could be remedied, I would recommend this property to everyone."
"The property being 150 meters from the beach was a marvelous thing. With the center at your fingertips, many nice restaurants to choose from because you are on the beaten path. Entertainment, music, local talent, dancing and beautiful water 💦 and beach, the water is so clean and clear. The room lacked a few necessities, like soap, salt and pepper, a bath mat, a sponge for dishes, dish washing liquid, etc., all of which we had to request and thought should have been provided. The owner responded , “you have to bring your own stuff”., which was ridiculous, if you are traveling thousands of miles you don’t bring these kinds of things for your room. At anyrate when we got back to the room in the evening, the list we submitted with our requests was filled. The amenities were adequate , many quests hung out in the pool, we prefer the beach, the property was quiet , parking was provided, and the beach with its establishments were good. Food was great. "
