' Prairie Place ' The Comfy Cottage Duplex

This comfortable and well-kept 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment will cozy you up after adventuring in the beautiful Ozarks. Historic Prairie Grove downtown and its many vintage flea markets and antique stores are just 2 blocks from the apartment and minutes' drive to Battlefield Park. Prairie Grove is 9 miles from the University of Arkansas, 15 miles to Arkansas' Childrens Northwest hospital or a short 14 mile drive to Devils Den State Park.
This property has a private Parking space, a private outdoor sitting area with fireplace and private entrances. You'll have access to the entire apartment : the kitchen is well equipped, with all basic goods and extra linens for your use. We happily stock all basic welcome amenities for your stay! Provided are amenities in the bathroom and kitchen to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple days worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they runout during their stay. A Harps's Grocery store is 2 blocks from the apartment.
The apartment is a duplex . Please be respectful of normal noise hours (8am -10pm) for the residents next door.

Great Space!
Great space with a great backyard with a fire pit! First night we used to air mattress for my son and then the rest of nights it was just my hubby and I! Close to UARK. Will definitely keep this one saved!

Cute cottage stay
Walking distance to historic Prairie Grove downtown and Harps grocery store. Attended Prairie Grove Christian Church and enjoyed it very much. Would stay again if in the area.

Absolutely stunning cottage. So peaceful & charming with the owners Andrew & Jennifer are not too far away who are more than accommodating with help if needed. Who left an array of goodies to get you started after a long flight or drive. Our daughter loved the squirrels who visit often. Close to the shops for groceries & everyone around Prairie Grove are so friendly. The Battlefield Park is close by for a stroll to learn the history….or just wonder amongst the trees….the wild life joins you to. A very pleasant stay. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much for having us, you both made us feel so very welcomed. Your Australian friends

Stayed for a weekend while visiting my daughter at uark. Reasonable drive to campus, access to everything you need, well appointed kitchen, very clean. Super comfy bed and good layout. Fire pit area is a relaxing spot.

Peaceful and great location farm stay
Location is fantastic for easy drive to surrounding Palmwoods, Maleny & Montville. Cottage had everything we needed, was quiet and clean with friendly owners and adorable farm animals! 🐎🐑🐐🐕 Also loved the fire pit for roasting marshmallows and country star gazing 😉
