While our room was decent and clean the pool and the pool area were unsafe, dirty, and cold. There was chunks *larger than the size of a hand* of cement that was busted off the ground and just freely scattered around. The pool itself was chipping away causing a ton of cement rocks to be in the water tearing skin off. The one entire side of the pool area was piles of trash, random old furniture, and just a mess. The only table in the room was infested with ants. And the pool water was ICE cold. We picked the hotel for the use of the pool and it was never used. The majority of the staff was extremely kind but Saturday evening when I asked the staff if there was any more k cups for coffee she completely blew me off. Told me she did not know and went right back to ignoring me. Since there is not coffee available in the room we were told the Kuerig was available for use 24/7 which she made it out to not be the case.

We found our room VERY CLEAN and COMFORTABLE and QUIET! The Front Desk Attendant, Ramon, was ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS! He was helpful, professional and he had great suggestions for places for us to visit and check out to photograph waterfowl and eagles! We were delighted and we would DEFINITELY RETURN!

Booked less than an hour before arrival. Rate was shockingly low. Staff was friendly and had paperwork ready upon arrival. Room was clean. Breakfast was included. Would stay there again.

This facility is amazing. Rooms were well equipped and extremely clean. Coffee all day long was a plus, breakfast was just enough to get you going in the morning. I would highly recommend Windsor Place Inn to anyone that is looking for a stay.

Friendly helpful front desk! Enjoyed warm pool as looking at snow outside the windows! Nice continential breakfast just missed the option of tea rather than coffee. Overall nice and recommend!

Once we got to the correct check in station, was checked in was by a young lady who looked like she was babysitting. Not very friendly upon arrival. Room had holes in the bathroom wall, and then got locked out of our room. Several key cards later got it opened with the master key. Breakfast was a hard pass.

The guy at the front desk is super nice, we extended our stay and when we went to the desk we didn't have to change rooms and he made sure our key cards would still work after our original booking was over. He let us into the pool and made a key card just for the pool so we could use it anytime. Housekeeping came in while we were out and took care of the garbage, gave us new towels and clean sheets. They even went the extra mile and put our pillows that we brought back on the bed. This hotel is amazing to stay at very friendly staff, clean and peaceful. We would highly recommend this place. 5 stars

DO NOT STAY HERE!
DO NOT STAY HERE! PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING: The manager is a terrible person - she will not honor terms of the terms of agreement, or any communications had with her staff. She created extra charges in person that are not seen online. The motel complex also has no security. There was a man without pants on roaming the hallways and stairways because there are no secure entrances to the building. He was also seen around the building all day and trying to peak into windows. In the morning he peed against the glass door entrance. The room was filthy, and nothing worked - I can only imagine what the pool area looked like. We left two days early fearing for our safety and some type of vengeance from the deranged manager. Additionally, she forced a pet fee despite having a nationally registered support animal with documentation - discriminating against me. We stayed one night instead of three, knowing full well we will not be reimbursed. The good score is because this was once a super 8 established, do not be confused. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
