This property is in a fabulous location. Parking is on the street or in a car park, but is easily walkable. The room we stayed in was a triple room with twin beds which worked well for our party. The room however, was musty and moldy on the walls. The private bath did not have vents and so occasionally there was a sewer smell coming from the shower. Overall, for the location you can’t beat the price.

The facilities are low quality just to look nice on the picture. Bad isolation of external weather and noise Just the bed and a tiny TV no place to put the staff or the luggage. Very bad user experience. Automatic check in was good, nice logo no investment in the room furniture or facilites. Just pretending

My room was so humid as there was no ventilation or window in the bathroom. I even saw mold on the ceiling above the shower tub. Also, there were so many mosquitos in my room. Having said that, the location was quite good.

What I like was the location, it was directly near a square with restaurants and shops. Although it was directly at the square we weren't troubled by any noice. What we didn't like was the state of the bathroom, the ceiling was full of mold. Also the silicant sealants in the bathroom were very 'moldy'. The floor of the room was clean but the skirting boards were dirty and full of dust. Actually I can't complain cause the price was only €51. That is very cheap and this is what I can get for this price.

The room I was provided doesn’t have a proper working shower or AC. Parking is a nightmare here, I had to park a few kilometres away just to find a spot. The entrance was rather difficult to find as you can only use the rear door ( I believe there is maintenance right now though), with the address on the maps showing closer to the beginning of the street. I walked around for 15 minutes trying to find the place with all my luggage in tow. I wouldn’t say this particular room matches the photos online. They seem to show a nice well lit room with many pillows, bright blue accents, and a functional bathroom. I have more of a tiny closet bathroom, grey, dark, lampless, dreary room with two tiny pillows. The bathroom is not useable if you are over 180 cm as the sink is right in front of the toilet in an awkward position. The area is a prime location for many restaurants being just a side street away.

Beware, no ac, uncontrolled sewage smell out of the bathroom. Remote without batteries and no one to help. The worse, made the Aveiro experience very badly for the whole family.

I do not recommend. Floors sticky throughout, ants, no staff present, dirty walls, stains etc. The one staff member I saw briefly was very nice. The sheets where clean and the locstion was great.

It looks nothing like the pictures. Run down, dirty walls, coat rack was about to fall out of the wall. Long black hairs in the bed, in the towels, and on the toilet on arrival.

Well located but the room was not in the condition/renovated as the photos had shown when booking the room. No way of speaking to anyone if need something (like more pillows). No hot tub, room very poor condition.

Good location. But awful. Warnining.

Place is awful. The reality is totally different than pictures. Looks old and very bad maintained. Also very unclean. Forniture is in very bad shape. And there is no reception. They force you to load your details in a machine because the automatic scanner is also not working. Only good thing is location. Avoid this place unless very tight budget. I would give a good review if the pictures were representative. But they literally lie with the pictures.

Horrible Experience - Deplorable Hotel I was very surprised to find that it was self-service, but I actually liked that aspect. However, my experience took a turn for the worse as soon as I walked through the door. The hotel was nothing like the pictures they had online, which felt like a FAKE ADVERTISEMENT. While the location was okay, both inside and outside the room were in a very poor condition. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. In fact, I ended up leaving and didn’t stay for the night. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away!
