Really great facilities. Clean room and thoughtfully presented. The staff are amazing and so helpful. Everything feels fresh. Breakfast was great. The beds were really comfortable. Great location to get to all the major visitor attractions. Charles Bridge, Old Town Square are 15 minutes walk away.

The staff were very helpful and polite, and our room was incredibly well maintained. They also contacted us before our stay to ask if it was for a particular occasion, and even left a small surprise for our arrival! The hotel itself is in a lovely location, with a short 10 minute walk to the nearest tram station
