"Wonderful hotel, true 5 star experience. The service and attention to detail was very appreciated. Spa was lovely, 20m pool, steam and sauna, often you have this to yourself if you go at the right time. Breakfast was very good with an order to table menu and fresh juices. Note however the privacy is limited in the room with the shower in the room and clear toilet door."

"The room was so comfortable, large, clean, modern and the bed was huge and comfortable. There was a great drinks station for coffee in the room. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There was activities on to get involved with and the location was central. Most importantly the rooms were quiet, you could sleep in with no disturbance. I'd recommend anyone to stay here. "

"Fantastic location! Literally across the street from the train station. And 3 minutes from the bus station. I didn’t realize it was so close!! Easy walking distance to all the main attractions in Porto. Cool design of the building & rooms. Staff very nice & helpful. My room was quiet which was great. And even though it’s an “inside” room I did get natural outdoor light from the window which was also a nice surprise! I’d stay again. Good lighting options by the bed. Plenty of outlets. Fast, almost instant hot water for shower. Thanks, I’d come back for sure! "
