The problem was Prior to booking, We went to the hotell to Ask questions about the option of rooms, as We have small children with us, one very rude receptionist Told us that they were fully booked already, which was weird because i just checked the availability and was seconds away with booking. She was not interested in helping a family who just arrived from a days travel. I then proceeded with my booking outside of the hotel , and surely enough we managed to book 2 rooms👍When another staff was asked Why this happened, she could not answer and looked amazed herself, showing zero respect between coworkers. Superior room was missing towels, tv remote defekt, when i went to reception to Ask about towels, they simply packed towels and one extra bedsheet in a plastic bag, and since i was not on the way out, i had to bring it up myself, which for my sake isnt a problem, its just that i do actually Expect a little more service in a 4 star hotell!
