"Very disappointing stay. Service was consistently poor. Breakfast offered very few options with insufficient fruit. Room service was not provided daily and had to be requested. When I did request it, I was denied due to being 'short-staffed.' I was told the trash would at least be emptied, but when I returned in the evening, my room had not been touched. Out of four nights, my room was serviced only once. Amenities were subpar—stained pillows, no proper comforter (only a throw lined with a bedspread), and toiletries placed incorrectly, with body wash bolted next to the sink and hand wash in the shower. When I requested a correction, it was ignored, and the front desk claimed 'both are the same solution.' Additionally, the bathroom door made a loud creaking noise, and the mini-fridge was not properly secured, causing it to move every time it was opened. I will be staying away from GreenTree in the future and cannot recommend it."

"Room was gross. Stains on all surfaces, sticky floors, no chairs for the table. No towels were provided, I had to text some weird number to ask for a towel, I only got it two days later. No internal lock on door. Bugs in bath tub. Had I been travelling with a companion, I would have found a new place to stay. "

"AC loud and no fan setting other than high, outside dirty and creepy, no coffee machine, TV did not boot up after numerous tries. Front desk did not answer phone. "

"Airport shuttle was easy to find and checking in on the after hours kiosk was straight forward. Air conditioning was perfect for the unusual warm temps in March. Check out was effortless."

"Room was excellent! Everything was very tidy and clean. Pool area was extremely clean and well kept. Enjoyed the workout area as well, and the staff throughout my stay was awesome! Would highly recommend and will be back!"

"Photos not accurate, had broken hair dryer, went to front desk for replacement and they said they “didn’t have extras” and “not all rooms have them”. Was disappointed in this stay."
