"The hotel was clean and nicely renovated. We had a 6th floor room facing the water which was great. The location is great if you’re planning to visit Seattle center. The only complaint is the elevators are very slow. "

"Really great customer service. The front desk at check in was wonderful to myself and my husband. They are the reason we keep coming back. I hope the hotel manager treats them kindly. "

"Our stay here was average, staff was constantly preoccupied with other matters when you needed assistance, wanted to charge $40 for early check-in called 2 separate times and was only told about the fee once. Butlers were unpleasant. One single elevator worked the entirety of our stay, 15+ minute wait times for elevator on the 16th floor. When you finally did get an elevator you were either packed in like sardines or had to completely wait for it again once it unloaded. "
