"I had requested a room with ground floor entry as my companion has limited mobility due to recent surgery. At check-in I was informed that there were no room available on the ground floor and that there was no elevator. This complicated our situation but we were able to manage. The reason given for the oversight was that I booked through a 3rd party and not directly with the hotel. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. There were very few amenities within walking distance from this location."
