"I don't think the owners (especially the wife, Clara) realises they are in the hospitality business.
- Paid for a sea view and did not receive it. Clara blamed expedia.
- Not even the bare minimum is provided in the apartment (which was on expedia as an aparthotel-it definitely isn't).
- Wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, in fact we had to clean the whole apartment 'for inspection' before we left.
- oven but no oven gloves.
- no tea towels.
- had to buy toilet roll, bin bags, washing...
"It’s a beautiful seaside town the hotel is clean and well kept family owned!! They were very helpful and went above and beyond helping with luggage etc breakfast was nice and the location is excellent may restaurants in walking distance and good parking !! "

"This was in a good location and the managers were wonderful but I don’t recommend. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and took a few hours to fix and after some heavy winds there was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom. Also the Hotels.com advertising was incorrect. No spa no airport transfer."
