"I don't think the owners (especially the wife, Clara) realises they are in the hospitality business.
- Paid for a sea view and did not receive it. Clara blamed expedia.
- Not even the bare minimum is provided in the apartment (which was on expedia as an aparthotel-it definitely isn't).
- Wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, in fact we had to clean the whole apartment 'for inspection' before we left.
- oven but no oven gloves.
- no tea towels.
- had to buy toilet roll, bin bags, washing...

"Stayed here for week. Room extremely clean and quiet. Breakfast basic but enough. Lovely beach, didn’t like Budoni village. But if you have a car you can get to all the nice beaches, a good place to explore the Smeralda coast. "
