"The breakfast offerings were all satisfactory. The hotel’s location is central and within walking distance to most places. We found the dimensions of the room to be a bit small given we were traveling with 3 suitcases so it was difficult to accommodate. The friendliness of Emilioand and Nihad in the front desk made it all worthwhile."

"Location: Very noisey, every night of the week with revellers partying or passing by the hotel into the late night / early morning hours so difficult to get a proper night's sleep. Bathroom: Problem with shower head not put right. Wifi: No wifi for 3 days! Breakfast: okay but quality of coffee ordered not consistent, depended on who was on duty at the time. No spoons & bin at English Tea station. No additional cutlery on table so had to use same knife used for eating to butter toast. "

"I didn’t eat breakfast at the Hostel or use the laundry service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As a single mature lady I felt very safe. The only thing was I wish I had booked a lower pod as I struggled with having to climb the ladder. Only 1 plug socket in the pod next to bed. But I would happily stay there again. Thank you so much.
