"This hotel was in a great location, perfect access to the beach & boardwalk. However, the wait to get our rooms was incredibly long & anything else we requested during our stay. After driving 7 hours with kids, you don’t want to have to wait 2 hours after check in for your room to be ready! Asking for our room to be cleaned never happened so we asked for towels. There was a change in housekeeping staff during our stay however. It was a holiday weekend during spring break which made no sense. "

"The hotel is in a great location with a beautiful oceanfront view. The suite is really spacious and the separate bedrooms were perfect. Both had more than adequate storage, lighting tvs, and outlets/chargers. The balcony was private and very large that came with two chairs and a table. Breakfast was surprisingly good. It would have been nice if the serving time was longer (7:30-9:30) and the coffee machine allowed for bigger servings. The food was replenished promptly and the breakfast staff was so nice. We didn’t use the pool but the area was nice and the gym was larger than I expected. The lobby was large, clean and pretty quiet. Another great amenity was the free parking. The garage was a little tight, but it was well lit and key card "
