  • Embedded in a beautiful neighborhood in the West End of Portsmouth, this updated 2 bed 1.5 bath unit is quintessential downtown Portsmouth living. Featuring a fully loaded kitchen, plush king bed, and free 24/7 on street parking. This unit is walk-able to downtown (~5 mins), to the grocery store (~4 mins), and some of the best local coffee shops (~3 mins). Easy access to the seacoast beaches and I-95 makes this neighborhood sought after by locals and travelers alike!

    You`ll arrive to a well lit private entrance, located in the back of the home with a smart lock keypad for key-less entry. A dedicated mudroom on the first floor is great to store winter boots in the winter or sandy shoes in the summer. A flight of stairs takes you up to the second level where the unit is located. A recently remodeled eat in kitchen is loaded with cooking supplies, ready for you to host your group. A half bath is conveniently located off of the kitchen and right next to the smaller bedroom with a twin sized bed. The living room is between the kitchen and primary bedroom with a couch and cable TV. The primary bedroom gets loads of natural light, has a walk in closet, a desk, and king bed. The full bath has everything you will need including soaps, shampoos, and full towel sets.

    You will have access to the unit at all times. Other sections of the property such as the driveway and rear patio are for the downstairs unit.

    The West End of Portsmouth is where the locals live. Easy access to everything Downtown Portsmouth while being close to grocery stores & shopping. Plenty of free on street parking makes coming and going a breeze. A quiet, walk-able neighborhood that`s just easy living!

    Narrow stairs are required to access the unit.
    -Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking inside the property may result in a $250 violation fee, plus any related cleaning, repair, or damage costs.

    -Parties and events are not permitted. Unauthorized parties, events, or large gatherings may result in a fee of $100 per unauthorized guest, plus any related damages, and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

    -Only registered guests included on the reservation are permitted at the property unless approved in writing before arrival. Unauthorized additional guests may result in a fee of $100 per guest, per night, and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund.

    -Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in writing before booking or check-in. Unapproved pets are not permitted.

    -If a pet is approved, pet waste must be cleaned up immediately. If pet waste is left on the property, a $50 fee may be charged per occurrence.

    -Fireworks are strictly prohibited. If fireworks are used, discovered, or reported, we may contact local authorities, require the reservation to end immediately, and charge a $500 violation fee, plus any related damages.

    -Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During quiet hours, guests must keep noise to a respectful level inside and outside the property. Excessive noise, neighbor complaints, police response, or repeated disturbances may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund and/or additional fees.

    -Check-in and checkout times must be followed unless an early check-in or late checkout has been approved in writing. Unauthorized early arrival or late checkout may result in additional fees and may interfere with scheduled cleaning or maintenance.

    -Additionally - Unauthorized late checkout may result in a fee of $50 per 30 minutes, plus any costs caused by delayed cleaning, maintenance, or the next guest’s arrival.

    -Guests must report any damage, broken items, leaks, stains, or maintenance issues as soon as they are discovered. Guests may be responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or repair costs caused during the stay.

    -Guests may not disable, cover, remove, unplug, or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, exterior security devices, noise monitoring devices, Wi-Fi equipment, smart locks, thermostats, pool equipment, or other property systems. Tampering with safety or security equipment may result in additional fees and/or cancellation of the reservation.

    -Illegal activity is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Any suspected illegal activity may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and notification of local authorities.

We had a wonderful weekend away and the space was beautiful, close to downtown (a short walk) and had everything we needed.The only thing to keep in mind is that the space is on the second floor and the stairs could be a bit of a challenge for some people.

The apartment was lovely and in a great area. It is on the second floor and the stairs up are very steep with narrow steps. This might be an accessibility issue. We had a great time.
