Spacious semi-detached Southsea House
DESCRIPTION Enjoy a break in this large, desirable and comfortable house, located in a quiet conservation area in Southsea, Portsmouth.
Local tourist sites, the seafront, shopping areas, nightlife and many various eateries are within minutes walking from our central Southsea location.
An 80ft mature garden, outside dining area, modern, comfortable bedrooms and spacious living area awaits your arrival.
Our house is suitable for families and/or friends that require a peaceful break. 1 dog allowed on request.
THE SPACE The entire house has been refurbished in 2023 to a contemporary taste. All rooms are bright, airy and have access to natural day light.
We offer 5 bedrooms ( bedroom 1 is on the ground floor) There are 2 shower rooms ( 1 is on the ground floor )
The rear garden is south-facing and is equipped with outside dining facilities, easily accessed from the dining room and/or kitchen and side entrance.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE The property has a drive for one vehicle including the use of an EV charging point at an extra cost.
There is permit parking on the road between 5pm/7pm of which we supply the permits free of charge.
We offer a limited amount of complimentary hand soap, shower gel, loo roll and household cleaning products ( eco friendly where possible )
We offer a limited amount of complementary, individually wrapped tea, coffee, sugar and milk. There is also salt and pepper!
There are items on request such as hairdryers, an iron and ironing board, travel cot, highchair and extra pillows and blankets.
NEIGHBOURHOOD The property is located in a quiet residential and conservation area, within the heart of Southsea.
GETTING AROUND The property is located in central Southsea, so that many eating and drinking venues are within a 5 to 15 minutes walk.
If you plan on walking to the beach or Southsea Common it will take around 15 minutes, alternatively, you are within 10 minutes from VOI pick-up point! Ubers can collect you directly from the property.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS We live close by and are happy to assist with any issues that may occur. We are happy to communicate face to face, via text or telephone call.

Excellent accommodation. Very clean, stylish and spacious. Lovely area and less than half an hour’s walk to the seafront. Great communication with the owner.
Comfortable house in a quiet area but with bars, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Historic dockyard is 30 minutes walk or 10 minutes on the bus. Very clean, spacious house with comfortable beds
We loved this gorgeous home. The decor was beautiful and everything was thoughtfully provided. A perfect house for all 10 of us (a mix of family and friends of all ages) plus we could bring our dog!
Wow, we had such a lovely time in Lee and Heidi's house! We visited with grandparents, 3 kids and 2 dogs, and had everything we needed in a really idyllic setting with lots of fab things to do nearby and parking on the drive was just the icing on the cake! Thanks for having us and being so quick to respond to amy queations we asked!
