Property is neatly kept and ready to use the facilties except the House locking process is bit tedious with Pad pin locking system, would be better with Safe key locking system and Wifi access is pretty low bandwidth. Rest of premises access and local amenities and close location to outlet mall are huge plus.Good stay and thanks to the property services.

Musky smell of mold. Cleanliness of the shower was terrible. Lots of black looking mold in the shower. Shower did not drain properly and had to wait almost a week before it was fixed. The backyard is not well maintained. Location is closed to shops but not the best neighborhood in Portsmouth. Kitchen is well equipped. Overall, apartment requires some maintenance to justify the price.
