Side door by stairwell did not lock at night. Run down property with small holes in sheets, spots on towels, ice machine out of order, toilet ran off and on all night, tub faucet was only able to flow as shower, very slow tub drain, hair dryer did not work, and soda machine in lobby was not plugged in nor stocked.

It was ok, but I did get charged an extra $50 for my dogs and there are some serious drug addicts living in the hotel. Got shower though and I slept just fine close to the office. Just want people to be aware who may have children or who may just not feel comfortable around people who are very high on meth.

Waited at front desk a good 20mins before someone assisted me. They then gave me dirty keys, didn’t realize til I was in the room. Cleaned them off in the sink. Duvet was disgusting and immediately removed from the bed. Floor around night stand was disgusting. Trash behind night stand. Looked like someone threw a white liquid on the huge wooden headboard and it was never cleaned up. Shower did not drain. Window was open. Had to force it closed considering the cold temperatures outside and safety reasons. Pool was not useable. Was locked in section of building one morning after fire alarms went off.

It was what you'd expect for the price
I was very glad it was there at such an affordable price. When I checked in, one of the beds in my room wasn't made. It had a sheet laid on it and the other bedclothes were in a pile on top of it. The staff was indifferent, but that could be because I'm from the South where everyone is nice and greets each other.

No heat or air in room. Room stunk. Toilet clogged anf called down told me it would be a half an hour, NO ONE CAME!!! Went down gor breakfast and there was only a few things to eat like waffles and there was suppose to be more. Boyfriend asked him yo gill things and he said someone was coming in.No one ever came in. We were in town for a funeral. This hotel is the worst! First we got there and checked in. We booked a room with 2 double beds (4 of us in a room). We were told they didn’t have any more…just king size beds so we got 2 rooms. They told my brother the exact opposite about 3 hours earlier. My family was the only ones staying there it seemed like. Five rooms in total rented out for my family. It smells of smoke. Breakfast looked like it had been sitting out for days. No cups, only lids for coffee. We decided to go out for breakfast because it looked so bad and barely stocked. Bed was hard as a rock. Key cards stopped working constantly. We had to go to the front desk to get it fixed each time. Now we tried to check out. I stood there for 10 minutes…no one. I called them while standing there…no answer and no voicemail. We ended up leaving the key cards. We called them 2 more times on the road. Ended up calling the 1 800 number for choice hotels to check out. Ridiculous! Would never stay here again. I would gladly pay way more for a nicer hotel.

The second room the beds were so small they had to be full not queens and there was a gap in the door big enough to see into the hallway with the door completely closed. This was the worst stay I have ever had, the pool was so cold my son turned purple in 5 min, the hand rail broke when he got n he weighs 62lbs, there were dead spiders and bugs all over, the room was messy, the towels stained, the hallway was a mess, dirty qtips.

We stayed here because we read decent reviews and it was rated decent. but.... I don't know if you were short staffed, but it took forever to check in. I stood at the front desk for at least 10 minutes before they noticed and came to help me. the hotel toilet kept bubbling and making weird noises which then brought sewer gnats into our room. the bed was broken and we had to sleep at the end of the bed where your feet go because it ran down hill. I cant even explain the headache I had the next day from the pressure. there was a dog in the hotel barking consistently and it wreaked of cigarette smoke. when its supposed to be a non smoking facility. the breakfast honestly was not stocked and the sausage was overcooked and the hashbrowns were hard and nasty the only good thing was the cream cheese and bagles....but those weren't stocked either... another problem was the window in our room...it was like falling out of the wall, And it wouldn't open for the life of us to even consider trying to air out the room that wreaked of smoke... I honestly want a refund....it wasn't worth the $94 a night....

Terrible experience!
Checked in around 3 PM. Stepped in to a room that the beds were not made no towels trash still around the room but the cleaning personal was on our floor and headed our way. We went to our family function and got back about 8:30 PM and found our room in the same condition. Then got our room changed and tried to settle for the night. However, the mattress was in such broken down condition that we could hardly stay on the bed. We couldn't adjust the heat to a comfortable level and there was a roaring noise outside.

Pay for what you get
Broken lap in room, only half roll toilet paper in bathroom. Had to ask. Only one cup to drink out of. Spiders in bathroom, fruit flies around juice dispenser. Pool area needed resurfacing. People hanging out in the parking lot.

Run Away and Don't Turn Back
Check in was easy and non-eventful. Got to the first room and all seemed ok. We went for a swim. Another serious mistake. The pool water was cloudy and the edges of the pool were covered in crud and scum. There were no clean pool towels and the trash can was overflowing. We went back to the room and found the bed appeared slightly tilted. When we went to get into bed it was broken at the head board. We requested another room and the clerk gave us one room but as we were going to the room, the clerk hurried up to us, and said, that room had some issues, and gave us keys to another room. He had to show us the "special way" to enter this room. Again this room APPEARED to be okay. This room smelled of mold as the night went on. At this point we were to tired to try and find another hotel. The bed was not comfortable at all and neither my wife nor I slept well. I don't think I will stay at a Choice Hotel again.

Unacceptable
The room was not clean. I reported and was told it was a housekeeping issue. We never seen housekeeping the 4days we were there. My husband has a lung disease and needs cleanliness. I cleaned the room myself with disinfected wipes. The staff that was there did not speak English well and was hard to communicate with
