"My husband and I stayed four nights at Torre a Mare and were joined by our son, daughter-in-law and 5 month old grandson for two of those four nights. The location is perfect with wonderful views of the sea and picturesque village of Porto Venere. Breakfast was excellent, served continental style in the tiny upstairs lounge with access to the outside terrace. Martina made great macchiatos and fresh squeezed orange juice to order! Ilaria provided us with information about the area and was so helpful in making our stay there comfortable and relaxing. Our rooms were on the top floor, with seaside views and a four flight walk, so take note as there is no lift if needed. Rooms are small but efficiently designed to make use of the space. "

"We had the most amazing time in in Porto Venere whilst staying in this exceptional property. My family have been to many places throughout the world and we operate our own award winning wedding and event business in Scotland so we understand the importance of all that is required for high end self catering provision. This wonderful holiday rental has it all, overlooking the tranquil Tyrrhenian Sea. Everything within was simply perfect albeit we much enjoyed the quality and service of the many restaurants that are in the local area. The swimming pool is one of the largest and most peaceful places to melt the day away yet not so far down the road, just a 2 minute walk, you can find a small collection of restaurants and bars to enjoy a relaxing refreshment. We didn't need a hire car as there was a regular bus service on the door step which took a quick circular route into the main marina area. A week went too quickly and so we would love to return one day. Definitely book this one for a week or two if you can find availability! Terresa is the perfect host - thankyou , thankyou!!..... we were so grateful for finding this hidden gem. "

"We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment cosy but roomy enough. Loved the welcome amenities that Clemente provided which is a nice touch. Clemente was very proactive from the beginning to the end and the detailed instructions were very helpful. The apartment is well equipped and it’s a peaceful haven in the neighborhood of Portovenere called Fezzano which is conveniently located next to the bus line. Overall I would recommend for smaller families or couple and even with young children. Grazie Mille for your hospitality!"
