With 3 ground floor suites and a master suite on the upper level, the White House provides guests with a high quality stay, where comfort excels for its excellence. Blended in its magnificence, there is a swimming pool so blue it seems to project us directly into the sea, ripping through the house, making us wish to leave there no more.

The location of the White House is privileged; on top of the cliff with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The White House's T-shaped pool is uniquely and intimately integrated with the house, having 25 yards parallel to the sea and overlooking the ocean and 25 feet entering the White House where a ladder inside of the room, allows easy access. Leaving the White House, it's a 3-minute walk to get to Rua do Mucugê, the most charming street in Brazil, with its shops, its international restaurants, its own colors, its own joy.

Maravilhosa!!

Casa confortável, com visual maravilhoso e as pessoas que nela trabalham, ajuda melhorar ainda mais, a CoZinheira Jane que é divina em tudo, na cozinha e na atenção com todos! O Rafael do condomínio que é uma atenção divina também... e a Síndica Angela que sempre solicita e atenciosa. Não poderia esquecer o anfitrião Mauro, que Monitorava e cuidava para tudo ficar em ordem junto ao seu pessoal. Localização da casa é excelente, fica perto da principal avenida de Arraial a Mucugê, onde podíamos ir caminhando. Iremos retornar com certeza!!

Tudo perfeito, ótima acomodação vista para o Mar excelente, chegamos a avistar o nascer do sol com imagens que já mais iremos esquecer... A estadia na Casa Branca, assim como em Arraial d'Ajuda, foi maravilhosa! O estilo "clean" e confortável da casa branca , a atenção e dedicação dos proprietários, os serviços e disponibilização da nossa ajudante nos permitiram desfrutar de cada momento das nossas ferias em familia. Um lugar perfeito pra quem quer relaxar e descansar, assim como aproveitar as praias e experimentar as delicias da região (não se esqueça de pegar as informações e dicas dos melhores lugares e restaurantes com o Tony). A casa esta localizada dentro de um condominio fechado, extremamente seguro, organizado e receptível; a uma distancia de 5-10 minutos da praia, caminhando a pe, passando pela charmosa vila repleta de restaurantes , lojas e pousadas de Arraial. Os shows de musica ao vivo na praça fizeram com que toda galera dançasse e se divertisse muito. Fomos também a Trancoso, e confesso não me deslumbrar (caso decida ir, tenha em mente que tudo eh bem mais caro em relação as praias de Arraial). Boas ferias!! E espero que aproveitem assim como nós aproveitamos. Super recomendado!!!!!

Casa linda,vista maravilhosa e piscina top!!

Muito satisfeita com a escolha,a casa ao vivo é mais linda do que está nas fotos,suítes confortáveis sendo a suíte master com vista incrível,piscina deliciosa....localização 10,não precisando tirar carro para sair para Rua Mucugê.....Amei! Proprietário muito educado e prestativo,serviço de diarista incluso o que achei ótimo!! Já estive outras vezes em Arraial mas desta vez minha escolha foi a melhor!! Voltarei,se Deus quiser!!🙏🏻

A casa dos sonhos / petit paradis

Fizemos estadia de uma semana na Casa Branca. Em primeiro lugar desde a primeira mensagem o proprietário do imóvel, senhor Mauro, foi muito atencioso a cada detalhe. Moramos na França e a viagem foi longa mas chegando ao local descobrimos um pedacinho de paraíso. A casa é linda como nas fotos, tudo muito limpo e organizado. A localização é perfeita, podemos ir a pé nos melhores restaurantes e bares da cidade. A praia e o parque aquático estão bem próximos assim como Trancoso e Porto Seguro : menos de 1 hora para Trancoso e alguns minutos para Porto Seguro. O lugar é calmo, com segurança, e espaçoso. Logicamente a piscina é fantástica, com temperatura perfeita o dia todo. Sem sombra de dúvida as férias foram perfeitas. Obrigada ao senhor Mauro e ao senho Tony por ter nos acolhido.

Recomendo; casa maravilhosa

Casa maravilhosa, muito bem localizada; ao lado da principal rua de arraial (mucugê), 2 mim, caminhando. Conta com uma piscina linda, de frente para o mar, cozinha equipada, quartos confortáveis e novos. Condomínio muito bem localizado, organizado, seguro e cuidado. Estive com minha família e minha bebê e n teríamos um lugar melhor para descansar. E além da atenção do Tony e Mauro, que são muito educados e prestativos.

Non saprei da dove cominciare e quale aggettivo usare per descrivere la vacanza che abbiamo passato nella casa Branca...forse Paradiso, magnifico, stupendo potrebbero essere abbastanza giuste...ma credo che non rendano onore alla casa. Abbiamo passato tre settimane nella casa e siamo stati divinamente. Mauro e Toni sono delle persone che sanno fare il loro mestiere con grande passione e sopratutto con QUALITA. Non posso che ringraziarli per la gentilezza e la disponibilità che hanno avuto per tutte le richieste che abbiamo fatto durante il soggiorno. La casa é semplicemente bellissima ed é situata in un condominio molto bello e molto ben situato. Egoisticamente non dovrei fare troppo complimenti per evitare di non trovare disponibilità future ma sarebbe veramente molto scorretto da parte mia visto la splendida vacanza che abbiamo passato. Grazie ancora di cuore a Mauro e a Toni Torneremo di certo

Inicialmente, gostaríamos de agradecer o atendimento do proprietário Mauro e o administrador Tony. Todas as dúvidas foram sanadas antes da locação e o atendimento muito cortês. A casa é nova, bem ampla, quartos bem equipados e próxima a uma natureza incrível. A piscina é linda, enorme e tem vista para o mar. O condomínio é uma graça e muito bem cuidado. A localização da casa é perfeita, pois fica uns 3 minutos da vila, que está repleta de lanchonetes e restaurantes. Para quem gosta muito de praia, sugiro a locação de veículo para ter mais liberdade para conhecer a praia do parracho e de pitinga ( a que mais gostamos). Foi tudo positivo. Voltaremos em outra ocasião! Agradecemos novamente e recomendamos a locação para todos os visitantes de Arraial!

A Casa Branca é sensacional, a começar pelo condomínio lindo, com jardim impecável e extremamente bem localizado. No coração da vila e com vista para o mar. A piscina é espetacular, um convite ao ócio. A casa é linda, muito confortável e de bom gosto. Confesso que fomos surpreendidos positivamente. Passamos 8 maravilhosos dias de descanso.

Fui con cinco amigas, no podíamos creer lo hermosa que es la casa. La ubicación, la casa, absolutamente todo es perfecto. Mauro y Tony se comunicaron con nosotras desde el primer momento y nos atendieron en todo lo que necesitamos, un placer hacer negocios con Mauro. Casa branca; linda casa, com uma vista deslumbrante, piscina excepcional, arquitetura e decoração de muito bom gosto, o condomínio é tranquilo e muito bem cuidado, perfeito para famílias com crianças. 5 minutos andando para a rua macuge, onde pode-se encontrar tudo, bons restaurantes, lojas, música ao vivo. Não precisa de carro para nada, tudo perto e acessível, mauro e tony foram muito receptivos e atenciosos. Indico de olhos fechados e com certeza voltaremos. Incrível!

A Casa Branca é incrível!!! Superou a expectativa da minha família, ficamos encantados com a casa e a localização da mesma (fica à 2 minutos da Rua do Mucuge), e o condomínio em que fica localizada também é ótimo. Recomendo. Tanto o Mauro, proprietário do imóvel, como o Tony, seu procurador, são pessoas muito gentis e solícitas, tendo nos proporcionado muita segurança e tranquilidade nesse período que passamos em Arraial d'Ajuda. Com certeza iremos voltar !!!!!

Que piscinaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!! É por ela que começo meus comentários sobre a casa branca, linda, espaçosa, segura e fantástica. Adoramos nosso final de ano pois encontramos nela um lugar para descanso e um lugar para reunir os amigos!! Sua localização é muito boa, fica a poucos minutos da rua do Mucuge. Obrigado Mauro e Tony!

Casa Branca, paraiso do Arraial d'ajuda

Fiquei 9 dias na Casa Branca que pareceram um sonho. Entrar nesta casa e ja dar de frente para o mar é um dos grandes privilégios. A localizaçao da casa é muito boa pq fica no centro, mas ao mesmo tempo perto do Mar e com vista pra ele. O Beco das cores e a Brodwei, assim que farmacias, padarias e supermercados, ficam a menos de 8 min. a pé. A casa é muito aconchegante e espaçosa, num condominio bem tranquilo e repleto de variados passaros. Nadar naquela piscina de vista para o mar nos lembra que a vida é Belissima .... Fomos muito bem recebidos e nossa estadia foi maravilhosa. Recomendamos a 100% e agradecemos enormemente ao proprietario Mauro a permissao de podermos usufruir desse paraiso no Arraial d'Ajuda.
