"Great pool, food good, but not showstopping."

"Overall experience was mixed with a few irritations. The hotel is below 4 star standard. The decor, with a contrived party theme is incredibly ugly, with stupid neon quotes, garish colours, plastic ducks and non stop video of parties. When we were there, average customer age was at best in the 40s. Clearly not appropriate. Rooms are of a good size and comfortable with, for us, very nice sea view. But, again, a number of small things not right, ie no cupboard for clothes, shower overflowing easily and, for us, audible noise from the party music on the top floor bar. Breakfast could be nice but juices are artificial and vile. The only coffee available is awful instant coffee. Finally, most of the time, lobby was empty of staff. It could be much better but, for what it is, it was mediocre value for money."

"Best breakfast of our holiday, really excellent choices, quality and service. Room was lovely and the views are very dramatic being right above the sea. Even the sauna and hot tub have a view, fantastic view! At the time of our visit work took place in our part of the accommodation. I’m always disappointed when that is not mentioned when you book, as we didn’t book as long time in advance. I do understand that it is necessary, but it isn’t nice and I would have booked elsewhere, given the choice. "

"The staff were very welcoming and the hotel has recently been refurbished. It was our third time here and the improvements they have made since our first visit in 2010 are very noticeable and have brought the hotel up to a much higher standard."
