Location on the edges of Porto which for us made it a little quieter and more relaxing but others may not wish to walk into town which is downhill on the way there but uphill on the way back! Staff were very welcoming and rooftop bar and infinity pool was amazing

There is no lack of superlatives for this hotel, starting with the pleasant, professional, capable staff, to its supreme cleanliness and superb design and appointments. Last but not least, the chef is a genius. The best food I had in Portugal.

My stay at this establishment was amazing. The staff members were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The only downside of my stay is the constructions happening right next the hotel. It was pretty loud at times, other then that, I would recommend this hotel.

Staff were very attentive. The room was large & the chaise lounge was & beautiful addition. As for the bathroom the tiles nice touch not the standard. The colours of the hotel was not the standard beige which was good. For a city break I would stay again but when the weather is better as I'd like to use the roof terrace.

All in all the hotel was perfect. It was next to a metro station, so the location was very practical. Also if you need to go to the center by foot it only takes 20 minutes. The hotel is really lovely designed, which was really conforting an relaxing after a long shopping day. The fitness and the rooftop pool are also perfect and really clean. The personal was also extremly friendly and corteous. The only negative point was the construction next of the hotel, which woke me up every day at 8am.

Very nice place to stay indeed!

The hotel is lovely and restful. There is a heated outdoor pool and a good gym. The bar area is very nice - we ate once there and the food was great. Staff were very friendly and had very good English - an extra bonus! Our room was perfect for us with a large shower and very clean and new fittings throughout. It was a little outside of the bustle of the city but beside a metro stop and Taxi costs are low in Porto. At the rear of the hotel is an area where construction is underway - while there was very little related noise when we stayed there, it is something to consider but you could always seek a front-facing room!

Lovely hotel, Beautiful view and Perfect Service.

It's a lovely hotel in a very good location. It's walkable distance to local busiest restaurant and drink area. Almost every metro line stop at Lapa which is only few minutes walk, although I didn't walk at night. I used bus instead which is also few minutes away from the hotel. The service is really good, the room is spacious, clean and quiet. We had breakfast there, the choices are very good, especially the lovely local honey that it's so tasty. We also tried the restaurant for a pre-flight meal, again very good. Would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for the special treat and a bottle sparkling to my mother for special occaion. Thank you. Will defo return to this hotel again.

We had a really nice stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The rooftop pool was a great feature too cool off from the summer heat. This area did get quite busy throughout the day, so it’s worth mentioning that sunbeds were limited, however there were other seats available for guests. The selection at breakfast was very good with a wide range of food options. That said, we were only offered a menu from the kitchen (for freshly cooked eggs etc) on one occasion during our stay - this seemed like an option that should be available each day. Some of the cooked breakfast options were also lukewarm each day, considering the cost, I do think the hotel could improve upon this offering by addressing minor issues. The rooms and facilities at the hotel were excellent, super comfy beds and all the amenities you would expect from a 5*. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained throughout. Overall, an excellent hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again if visiting Porto.

Very nice, clean, modern and comfortable. Rooms are highly styled and come with everything you need. The doorman who welcomed me was one of the best and made me feel very welcome and taken care of. Front desk staff was also friendly and helpful. Alas I had some minor quibbles about the service in the lobby bar and also the rooftop bar. Service wasn't very friendly and the Margarita was served in a tiny glass! Very poor value for money. I walked back from the Lapa metro station after dark without any issues, even encountered a friendly black cat, but would not advise single females to do it as there is no one around.

The service was impeccable and the room very nice and spacious. Their continental breakfast includes a delicious menu for made to order eggs as well as local sparkling wine. Everything was elevated and I will happily return.
