The rooms and hotel all round was extremely clean. The room felt like a brand new renovation. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. There was a great selection of eateries within walking distance of the hotel. Would absolutely give the hotel 10/10.

​This hotel has a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The lobby has a pleasant smell. It's not too far from the city center, and if you enjoy walking, breakfast excellent, I highly recommend this hotel.

Parking was as bad as everywhere underground: extremely tight! At 15€/night that should be a little better. It was nice to have a large bottle of water daily, being a VIP from Expedia. The breakfast was OK. Small, but enough. The staff was mostly good, just very slow at everything they do. The room and beds were good and comfortable. The area is a bit sketchy due to a large migrant population being constantly on the street doing nothing. However, it is within walking distance to the shore, shopping, etc. Overall, nice and would stay there again.

Hotel is modern, rooms are very large and clean. Location is in the new area but 5-8 min from old area. Very nice staff too

The room and breakfast were very good. The location of the hotel is a bit out of the city center but the metro is still easily accessible in 10 minutes. The staff could be friendlier.

I was pleased with the room that we are in, cleaned and spacious. The breakfast was great lots of selection and every morning they changed slightly of one or two menu. One thing caught to my attention when we are at the lobby waiting for our ride 3 staff at the reception talking so loud as in loud and joking each other, in my own opinion not very professional being in the front desk staff. But overall was great and i will stay with the property if i come back to Porto.

We had a room on the 13th floor with lovely views which was very clean. The beds were a little hard but the toiletries, robes and complimentary water was a bonus. Breakfast was great, plenty of options for all. We enjoyed the bar and sitting outside during the evening.
