Perfect in every way!

Wonderful location, great property. E host thought of everything we would need, greeted us at the apartment, did a personalized tour of the property, and provided a map with directions for grocery stores, restaurants, and things to do/see. Not only was the property fantastic, so was the host! Highly recommended!

Convenient

Close to public transportation. Elevator a plus. Clean updated facilities. Close to restaurants and Shopping. We were able to find a Close parking Spot on the street. Currently constrution next door which could have been problemátic of we were there during the weekday working hours. Living room hás limited seating, considering that the unit sleeps 4

What a beautiful apartment, absolutely spotless. Modern and well equipped very secure. Check-in was seamless, and Leo let us leave our luggage in the apartment block and as soon as our apartment was ready he text us which was before 3. He explained and demonstrated how everything worked which was gave a personal touch. I would definitely recommend anybody to stay in this beautiful apartment.

Loved Porto

This location was right for us. It was brand new, had all the amenities and very clean. There is a grocery store, bakery, charcuterie and a restaurant within 5 minute walking distance. Just around the corner was the restaurant Manuel Alves, excellent food, service and price. The apartment is in top of the hill, so if you do not enjoy walking then maybe this location is not for you. We walked every day down to to the tourist area and the Douro river, about a 20 minute walk. While walking you are able to discover some cool places and excellent restaurant. Pastel de Nata’s everywhere. The only negative comment I have, the apartment is not as insulated as our home in Canada so the noise outside can seem quite noisy during the day. The nights were very quiet. The host responds very quickly to any inquiries or request. I highly suggest this location when in Porto. 👍🙂

Il serait intéressant d’ajouter des ustensiles, des articles pour cuisiner (ex: épluche-légume) et une cafetière à filtre. Sinon, tout était bien. Les travaux de construction auraient pu être problématiques, mais ils commençaient vers 7h30.

Great stay in Porto!!

We enjoyed every minute. Leonardo, our host, was friendly and helpful at all times. Whenever we had a question, he responded straight away. He gave tips for restaurants, sightseeing spots, which were excellent. The flat is modern and comfortable. We denifinitively recommend this accomodation.

The apartment is conveniently located, in walking distance to shops and the town center. The rental agent, Leo, welcomed us in person and provided many useful tips. We appreciated this a lot. The flat is fitted out very well.

Wonderful apartment. The best we ever had.We experienced a problem with the free parking lot behind the building. It’s difficult to find and the access is small and very dangerous. We blew up a tire on the right curb.

Pleasant Stay in Porto

A clean modern apartment made for a very comfortable 4 days in Porto. Apartment is about 1.5 miles from historic old town. For my husband and I (70 and 75 years old) it was not a problem because we are walkers/hikers and enjoyed it. I would not hesitate to recommend this place Leonardo the owner or manager was very responsive and helpful.

Great base for day trips

Quiet location with free parking on side street. Some construction nearby but not too bothersome. Proximity to train station is ideal. Lots of markets and cafes. Host was EXCELLENT! UBER and BOLT service is also great!

We are exploring Portugal. This apartment is beautiful and well appointed. Short walk to the subway and it’s a quick ride to old town. Leo was very helpful with our check in. I would highly recommend staying here as I certainly will if I make it back to Porto. Janice

Porto - ville du Porto

L'appartement était confortable et bien équipé, quoique un peu loin des sites que nous voulions visiter. Nous avons vite compris comment prendre un autobus jusqu'au métro et ensuite le métro jusqu'aux endroits à visiter. Toutefois, dans le district La Ribeira, il était difficile de trouver un autobus pour retourner au métro. L'appartement faisait partie d'un complexe d'une cinquantaine d'unités toutes gérées par Léo, ce qui nous faisait sentir coupables à l'effet qu'au Porto on construit davantage pour accueillir les touristes que pour la population locale. Nous avons particulièrement aimé notre visite aux caves Ferreira avec un tour guidé et une dégustation de porto. Par contre, notre journée dans le district Ribeira était gachée par une pluie persistante et la nécessité d'attendre en ligne pour visiter quoique ce soit.

The perfect stay to explore Porto

The apartment was a great location. Walking into the centre took about 30 minutes. We often got Ubers which were only about €5. The apartment is very modern and clean. Leo was very helpful and made us feel welcome.

Conveniently place just outside Porto Old Town

We stayed here for a few days while visiting Porto. The host was excellent and responsive, and the apartment itself was clean and convenient. Only complaint is that my partner was occasionally uncomfortable with the presence of some apparently homeless people nearby, but they kept to themselves and did not bother us.
