Premium apartment with two terraces, one of them with an unobstructed view of the city of Porto, located in the center of Porto, guaranteeing absolute relaxation, 8 minutes walk from Avenida dos Aliados and Ribeira, perfect to start exploring the city by staying. be in the center of Porto without needing any type of transport. Decorated to taste and located meters from the main tourist attractions, in an area surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarket, all types of access. Apartment on the fourth floor without elevator.



Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, speed is also guaranteed for business trips. Cable TV also available.

Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city center and surrounding areas, with several public transport nearby including metro and bus.



The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed as well as a sofa bed for two in the living room, with capacity for 4 people.



It is completely equipped with all needed cooking commodities, hairdryer, iron, fridge, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and oven.



Both the linens and towels are hotel quality, professionaly laundry and it's included as well as shampoo and shower gel

Commodities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first days.

Personal check-in from 3 pm to 2 am. Please note that there is a late check in fee from 8pm of €30 payable on arrival



All guests must provide us with their identification documents in due time.

Parties, or any type of noise or disturbance in the building or inside the accommodation are completely prohibited. We have a zero tolerance policy for any type of noise complaints.
