Apartment in the final century building. XVIII ranked in the historic district renovated in 2012. Perfectly located in the heart of the city. Near the famous Magestic café in the street of Santa Catarina, Bolhão market, surrounded by lively bars, traditional shops, cafes, restaurants and cultural venues. 100 meters from Avenida dos Aliados, 50 meters from metro station and 30 from the famous St. station Bento. Contemporary decor.

Fun apartment!

We had a great stay of 5 nights. The location is right in the heart of old Porto. Plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and a kitchen that has everything you could need. The old building is interesting with original floors and windows. But be aware of the following: there is a nearby underground club that operated Friday and Saturday from midnight to 7 am and Sunday afternoon until midnight. The strong thumping vibration is felt throughout the apartment but most strongly in the back bedroom and kitchen. Luckily we had an extra bedroom so I could move. In a different room with earbuds and loud white noise I was able to sleep. The other thing to be prepared for is the stairs as the place is on the top floor (4th). But overall, for the price, we really enjoyed the funky old building and great location.

Great Location, Good Apartment

In general, the apartment was pretty good. It's spacious and the location was perfect for us. The kitchen is large and seems well-equipped, although we didn't cook. The bathroom off the kitchen had a sewage smell, so it couldn't be used and the door was kept closed. Very limited seating in the living area. No air conditioning, but there were a couple of fans.

Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter la ville de Porto. Dans un ancien immeuble au coeur de la ville, Tomas nous a accueilli avec un grand professionnalisme . 4 belles chambres, cuisine entièrement équipée, 3 salles de bain...Absolument rien à dire. Nous pensons revenir !!! A bientôt Tomas !!

Estancia muy agradable.

Fuimos 7 amigos y todos tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable. El apartamento era muy espacioso, limpio y ordenado. Además está en una zona muy centrica por lo que pudimos deplazarnos andando todos los sitios que visitamos. Además resulta muy cómodo que este tan cerca de la estación de tren y metro. El recibimiento que nos dieron fue muy acogedor y útil ya que nos hicieron unas fantasticas sugerencias sobre restaurantes, tiendas, sitios que visitar... Pudimos guardar nuestro equipaje en un sitio a parte antes de poder coger el apartamento. Además después de dejar el alojamiento también nos dejaron tener allí el equipaje y de esta forma pudimos aprovecha el tiempo en la ciudad. Recomendamos completamente este apartamento.
