Absolutely loved our stay here! Property is so clean, comfortable, has everything you could want, loved that they left us washing machine pods so we could use washing machine, my mum loved the hair dryer, the tv could do with upgrading as it’s not a smart tv and i wish the front windows had bars on them aswell so I’d feel more comfortable leaving the window open while being on the ground floor, really easy check in and great communication from host and the breakfast was to die for, fresh fruit, lovely bread, the croissant was tasty with the jam on it, my mum especially loved the orange juice and the coffee machine and we really appreciated that they left us a carton of milk to use during our stay. All in all an excellent stay, would definitely book here again if I’m ever in Porto again.

The space was what we were expecting. Nice, clean and set up with everything we might need in the kitchen etc. The staff were very kind and helpful. The only issue we had was the check in instructions weren’t clear and as we booked late and checked in late, this caused some stress. We figured it out and the staff were helpful once we reached them.

The suite didn’t look as good as the pictures on the internet. There was no air-conditioning and we have to leave the windows opened at night to get the cool air in. However the streets were very noisy with bikers. Wifi was poor initially but Diogo managed to resolve it for us. Easy access to shops and Main Street, about 8-10 mins away. They were very quick to respond to our needs and requests.

Nice flat with lousy air conditioning

The flat was okay, but lacked utensils in the kitchen and enough toilet paper. But the worst was the air condition which was two fans. It took us forever to find out how to make them blow cold air, which was necessary under the extremely hot conditions. Luckily we succeeded and got through the night reasonably comfortably.

En general todo bien. Nosotros echamos de menos espejos (solo hay uno pequeño en el baño, y no encima del lavabo) y en el baño no había gran presión de agua fría, aunque no impedía ducharse perfectamente. Daniela, de recepción, muy amable y haciendo un gran esfuerzo por hablar en castellano (aunque todos sabemos inglés).

Emplacement pratique à 10-15 min à pied du centre et près du métro. Les personnes qui s'occupent de l'appartement au 1858 sont adorables et disponibles. La literie de la grande chambre est très bien. En revanche, les portes d'entrée sont des passoires, donc il fait froid et surtout c'est très bruyant car la rue est très passante. L'appartement est sombre, ce qui n'est pas agréable. Et la literie des enfants n'est pas bonne du tout... Précision : nous avions un appartement au rdc qui ne correspond pas aux photos où la pièce à vivre semble très lumineuse.

Estrutura fisica boa, só faltou elevador, porta toalhas e espelho na pia. Atendimento da equipe foi excelente. Desde welcome drink, explicações, guarda malas, ajuda para abrir cadeado, reposição de papel higienico e toalhas. Equipe sensacional.
