This delightful 65 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 4th floor and has a lift access, although it is necessary to climb stairs to reach it.

This stylish apartment combines modern design with traditional Portuguese flair. The deep blue velvet sofa and matching carpet create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere, complemented by a striking azulejo-style art panel above the wall-mounted TV, perfect for cosy evenings. Mirrored walls enhance the sense of space and light, adding a touch of elegance to the living area.

The kitchen is sleek and functional, equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals. It offers a welcoming space for cooking, socialising, and dining together. The dining area features built-in seating and pendant lighting, blending comfort and practicality in a beautifully designed layout.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a calming, minimalist design. It also offers plenty of storage space, perfect for organising your belongings during your stay.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Outside, guests can take advantage of the lovely balcony, which features a cosy sitting area, perfect for enjoying the sun or a morning coffee.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Rua de Santa Catarina is one of Porto’s most iconic shopping streets, filled with a lively mix of international brands, traditional Portuguese shops, and charming cafés. Strolling down this pedestrian-friendly avenue, visitors will find the famous Majestic Café, a stunning example of Belle Époque architecture, perfect for a coffee break in a historic setting.

This bustling street is not only about shopping—it’s also a great place to soak in the local atmosphere. Street performers, tiled façades, and nearby churches like Capela das Almas make Rua de Santa Catarina a vibrant and picturesque stop in Porto’s city centre.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Bolhão, is just a 2-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
