The property is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by stairs.
This apartment offers a free private parking space upon request. Please note that the garage entrance is narrow due to the historical building. To make access easier, we provide video instructions and a portable wooden ramp stored inside the apartment, which you can use after collecting the keys. Occasionally, access may be limited if cars are parked in front of the garage, so it’s best to temporarily park further down the road and wait until the car is gone.
While the apartment has no elevator, the climb is well worth it once you arrive at the beautifully decorated space.

The living room seamlessly blends with a practical kitchenette and a dining area by the window, which allows for natural light and offers city views.
In the living room, there is also a built-in Murphy bed that is prepared for reservations with more than two guests or upon request for guests who wish to sleep separately. The queen-size bed fits perfectly into the living room layout, allowing you to fully enjoy the living space even when it is open, and freeing up space for socialising when it is closed. In both configurations, comfort is never compromised!
The master bedroom is spacious, has a full queen-sized bed with an ensuite private bathroom and amenities. Tucked in the corner under the roof is a comfy sofa to read and relax after a busy day.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property also features a dishwasher for easy clean-up.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

Just steps away is the iconic Mercado do Bolhão, a historic market renowned for its neoclassical architecture and a diverse array of fresh produce, meats, and flowers. This market has been a cornerstone of Porto's daily life since 1839 and was recently renovated, reopening to the public in September 2022.
Adjacent to the market is A Pérola do Bolhão, a delicatessen established in 1917. Its Art Nouveau façade adorned with colourful tiles draws visitors, while inside, shelves brim with local specialities like cheeses, wines, and preserved goods.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
