This cosy and modern studio, decorated to provide comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect base for exploring Porto and its attractions.

Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this apartment features an open-plan living and kitchen area. The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa at the foot of the bed and a large TV, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. An elegant wall mirror enlarges the space and reflects the whole atmosphere.

The functional and fully equipped kitchenette is ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to the basic crockery, the kitchen has a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, induction hob and a long marble-toned counter that serves as a dining area, offering everything to help with your day-to-day needs.

The large side window extends across the room, allowing plenty of natural light in during the day, brilliantly illuminating the entire space and giving it an airy atmosphere. Please note that some street noise may be heard, so we suggest that light sleepers take this detail into consideration.

The modern bathroom has all the amenities, including a spacious shower, towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Access to the property involves flights of stairs and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Check-in time is between 3pm and 10pm.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

Located in a quiet residential area of Porto, this accommodation offers the perfect retreat for those looking to explore the city. The energy of this neighbourhood is marked by serenity and the authenticity of everyday local life. Away from the most intense tourist bustle, here you can enjoy peaceful nights of rest and wake up to the calm of a familiar neighbourhood, dotted with small shops, local cafés and excellent transport links. A short distance away, you will also find the iconic Estádio do Dragão, a must-visit for sports lovers.

The great advantage of this location is its extraordinary convenience. Despite being an oasis of tranquillity, the excellent public transport links (buses and nearby metro stations) and road connections put the majestic Historic Centre of Porto just around 10 to 15 minutes away. You can quickly immerse yourself in the infectious energy of Avenida dos Aliados, climb the iconic Torre dos Clérigos, visit the Lello Bookshop, or walk down the picturesque alleyways to the famous Ribeira to savour a francesinha by the banks of the Douro river, with views over the Port wine cellars.

In addition to being the ideal base for exploring Porto, this address is truly strategic for those wishing to discover the North of Portugal, thanks to quick and direct access to the main expressways and motorways (VCI, A3 and A4). In a short and easy car journey, you can plan fantastic day trips to nearby cities of great historical and tourist importance: visit the impressive castle of Guimarães (the birthplace of the nation), get lost in the religious and youthful charm of Braga, or head a little south to stroll along the romantic canals of Aveiro (known as the Venice of Portugal).

The apartment has excellent public transport connections. The nearest metro station is Marquês (Yellow Line / Line D), less than 10 minutes on foot. Several bus lines also serve the area.

The city centre and iconic landmarks such as the Torre dos Clérigos and the Ribeira are easily accessible within 15 to 20 minutes by public transport.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is around 30 minutes by car or 35 to 40 minutes by metro (Purple Line / Line E, with a connection at Trindade station).

Taxi or ride-hailing services such as Uber/Bolt are also a convenient option.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00).

We ask all guests to complete a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utilities policy will apply with an included limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
