Spacious and tastefully furnished with stylish decor, this charming room is close to many of Porto's top attractions!

The house has shared facilities in a lovely guesthouse, such as a common kitchen and terrace. But don't worry; you will have your private room and bathroom!

Fitted with a comfy queen bed, a TV, and a working desk, unwind in the room after a busy day exploring Porto. The ensuite has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, including a shower, a toilet, and a sink. This home is complete with hotel-quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable!

The kitchen is shared.

There's also a shared terrace where you can go to grab some fresh air!

## Access

The guests have access to the common kitchen and the common terrace. Those are shared with other guests in our house (max another 4 people). The bedroom and the bathroom are completely private for the guests.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

## Neighborhood

The Bairro Costa Cabral is in the northeast of Porto and is connected with access to the main train stations and metro lines.

You are a few minutes away from the Stadium Estádio do Dragão.

## Transit

Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:

- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest train station, Marquês, is just 2 mins walk from the accommodation.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 16 mins drive from the guesthouse.

## Notes

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
