Upon entering the property, the apartment looked very dirty and neglected. The stairwell—spanning three floors—had no lighting, and there was a musty odor that my family and I couldn't tolerate; we stayed on the premises for only ten minutes because the smell was unbearable, especially for the elderly members of our group. We called to request a refund due to the unsanitary conditions, but after the waiting period passed, we were told nothing could be done. We had to find alternative accommodation. If the place had been in good condition, we certainly wouldn't have wanted to pay for lodging twice. I do not recommend this place; also, the listing fails to mention that you have to climb a lot of stairs, which is difficult when traveling with elderly people.

Die Unterkunft lag sehr zentral. Für die Nachtruhe wurden Ohrstöpsel bereit gelegt. Die Unterkunft war gereinigt und die Betten frisch bezogen. Handtücher und Duschgel wurden ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellt. Kaffekapseln, Salz, Pfeffer, Spüli, und Waschtabs für die Waschmaschine waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Zur Begrüßung gibt es noch je 1 Flasche Wasser und Wein. Nicht so schön war, dass keine Anleitungen für die elektrischen Geräte vorhanden waren, das Licht im Treppenhaus erst nach 2 Tagen repariert wurde und wir am letzten Abend 2 Stunden vor der Tür auf einen Mitarbeiter warten mussten, weil in einer der 3 Türen das Schloss defekt war und wir nicht in die Wohnung kamen

Wohnung liegt direkt in der Innenstadt, super um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Schlafzimmer liegen zur Straße hin auf der das Nachtleben recht ausgeprägt ist.Spülmaschine ließ sich nicht schließen und daher nicht benutzen. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer tropft. Die Klimaanlage im Gang lief ohne Probleme. Die Verwaltung hat ihr Büro direkt im Erdgeschoss und hat sich bemüht die Mängel zu beseitigen, was aber während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht geklappt hat. Alles in allem hat es aber gepasst, recht große Wohnung mitten in der Stadt.
