CdC Apartments are located in Porto city center, in the commercial area of Cedofeita. There are 2 completely renovated apartments, 10 minutes' walk from Casa da Música or Clérigos Tower.
The CdC Apartments are fully equipped with kitchen, laundry, living and dining area.
They feature cable TV, free Wi-Fi and appliances required for an extended stay.
Each unit has a double bedroom suite, a private bathroom, a twin bedroom and a support bathroom.
Bed and bath linen is provided.
Given its privileged location, guests of CdC Apartments can easily visit the major sights of central Porto.

Municipal Tourist Tax
2 € per night and per person up to a maximum of 14 €.

Great Stay in Porto

It was so nice to come “home” to a clean and comfortable apartment after exploring Porto and the Douro River Valley. Great location, quiet yet close enough to walk to many sights. Highly recommend for a couple or family.

Great hospitality

Apartment as described with comfortable beds and powerful showers. The stand-out was the welcome from the neighbouring host hotel who organised shuttles, personally showed us to the apartment and had a great buffet breakfast on offer. The location is good, a short walk to Old Porto with a good range of restaurants nearby. Recommended.

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment which is within walking distance of many places to visit. Roberto who checked us in was very helpful and furnished us with a map pointing out places to see. We were in Porto for a week and had 2 visits from the cleaners and change of sheets and towel. Plenty of places to eat close by and a supermarket.

Terrific Staff at CdC

This is a very interesting property just steps from everything you wish to see in Porto! Just down the street are excellent (and not pricey) restaurants and there is even a wine store next door. The staff were extremely helpful and considerate. I would stay here again and recommend it!

By far, our best stay in all of Europe!

Not a normal review, but the best stay in Europe by far!!! I recently stayed at CDC Apartments in Porto and had an exceptional experience. The hospitality was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly welcoming and attentive. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and located right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the local attractions. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Porto!

From the States to Porto!

We loved the location, cleanliness and communication. The check-in process at the hotel around the corner was great! They also ordered a taxi/shuttle, to and from train station which was perfect! We were also given the name of a great restaurant called Brasao. Our food was great! We would highly recommend!

Choose this location for your stay in Porto! The host Catia could not have been more helpful or gracious. Everything was just perfect, from the location to the amenities in the apartment. There was even a small swimming pool with access to a bar. Perfect!!!

Private paradise in Porto

Great apartment hideaway in quiet street. Friendly staff at the adjoining hotel made the checkin easy and efficient. Balcony is a great addition to the apartment, overlooking hotel pool and courtyard that can be used by apartment guests. Highly recommend.

Good base to explore Porto

Location was convenient to get to and use as base for either walking into the core or using public transit to go elsewhere. Property was ready on time, clean and well equipped; good briefing from host. 2nd bedroom and its beds were a bit small, but adequate for a 2 - couple stay. Best feature is the outdoor terrace although rain prevented use of it during our stay.

Great Porto stay

Great apartment with nice outdoor space

We had a great time at this apartment. The shower worked wonderful and the outdoor space was beautiful. It’s just too bad it was raining, but I can see it being a definite plus on non-rainy days. They did have a washer dryer combo, which we were very excited about it worked well it did take longer than our washer dryer in America, but it still worked. Great stay close to everything you can catch the 30 one bus to downtown

Great location

We did not spend much time in the actual apartment as we were out exploring Porto. This apartment is so well located that much off what we wanted to see and do was within easy walking. We also appreciated the recommendations from the person who checked us in - local knowledge is such an advantage. Check-in was easy and we were helped with our luggage which was unexpected and helpful. We didn’t use the amenities at the sister hotel but had we been there longer I’m sure we would have. I would stay here again if I was in Porto.

Great stay!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Porto as a family of 4. The location was great and walking distance to sights and restaurants. The people at the hotel were very friendly and had great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The only issue we had was that there was an electrical charge running through the kitchen counter so we had to avoid touching it which was a challenge, but we let them know and hopefully they were able to get that fixed.

Nice apartment that was clean and quiet. Walkable to everything. Perfect large patio for dining and outdoor activities. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping came twice in our 6 day stay so we had to be away from 12:00-3:00 pm. For the future, I would recommend adding a frying pan and basic spices to be added to the listing. We highly recommend the CDC apartment.
