At number 89 5th floor* in the iconic Rua das Flores you can find our gorgeous flat. Enjoy the privileged location while staying in a beautifully decorated 3BR apartment that features high quality furniture, high-end appliances, 3 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses (one en-suite), 2 full bathrooms and one WC, a fully equipped kitchenette, fast wi-fi and minimalistic details for a luxurious yet charming feel. The air-conditioning unit in each bedroom + living room is a lovely plus that ensures you’ll have a comfortable stay no matter the time of year!

*There's an elevator in the building! However, you still need to walk up a short set of stairs (12 steps) to reach it.

This stunning apartment is distributed as follows;

Great stay, extremely central location! On a tour during our visit our guide noted what a good location the flat is - halfway up the hill!! Very fashionable and well maintained flat.

The location of this apartment was absolutely amazing — you can’t beat the convenience, and I would recommend it purely for that. The host was very responsive, though unfortunately not always able to resolve issues.That said, there were several downsides. The apartment has two showers, but one didn’t work for our entire stay. With six people, having only one shower was really difficult, and although I reported it right away and was told it would be fixed, nothing ever happened. The kitchen was minimally stocked (only one mug for the whole group), and towels were limited to just one per person — no extras for hand towels in the bathroom or kitchen. When the bathrooms leaked and we asked for more towels, we were told there would be an extra charge.Cleanliness also wasn’t up to standard. The décor pillows were dirty, and we even found trash under one of the beds, which made it hard to give five stars for cleaning. Overall, the place feels like a quick flip: thin pillows, worn-out towels, and a general lack of investment in comfort. With a few upgrades, it could be a much better experience. As it stands, the location was the highlight, but the apartment itself pushed us to spend more time exploring the city rather than staying in.
