Appatement bien distribué
Appartement bien conçu ,agreable a vivre .canape vieux et tres inconfortable .3 chaises de salle a manger et 3 chaises de terrasse pour les repas (pas genial)
Equipement vaisselle reduit au strict minimum .machine a laver en panne depuis longtemps au dire du propriaitaire .donc initilisable , on ne la fait pas paraître sur la photo de l'annonce si elle n est proposee au service des locataires.la literie est correcte.les deux douches avec wc sont appreciables quand on est a trois couples.gros inconvénient le bruit de la rue car pas de double vitrage . Sinon appartement bien situé par rapport aux bus,commerces , et annimations .
