Premium duplex apartment, located in the heart of the city of Porto, guaranteeing absolute rest, 5 minutes walk from the Clérigos Tower, perfect to start exploring the city, staying in the center of Porto without needing any kind of transport. Decorated to taste and located meters from the main tourist attractions, in an area surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarket, all types of access. Apartment on the second floor without elevator.

Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, speed is guaranteed for business trips too. Cable TV also available.
Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city center and surroundings, with several public transport nearby including metro and bus.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, as well as a sofa bed for one person in the living room, with capacity for 4 people. It has 2 bathrooms, one complete and one for service.

It is completely equipped with all needed cooking commodities, hairdryer, iron, fridge, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and dishwasher.
Both the linens and towels are hotel quality, professionaly laundry and it's included as well as shampoo and shower gel
Commodities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first days.
Easy and smooth check-in with safe or digital codes, from 3 pm to 10 pm, free of charge for late arrivals.
All guests must provide their identification documents in due time.
Parties, or any type of noise or disturbance in the building or inside the accommodation are completely prohibited. We have a zero tolerance policy for any type of noise complaints.

Très bel appartement moderne et au goût du jour! Plusieurs boutiques et restaurants à proximité..

L'appartement était très propre. Mais contrairement à ce qui est dit dans l'annonce, il n'y a qu'une salle d'eau (douche, lavabo et WC). Le deuxième point d'eau n'a qu'un lavabo et un WC. Nous avons trouvé un peu juste l''équipement (pas de poêle, que 2 petites casseroles, un seul torchon de cuisine). Un peu juste pour une semaine de séjour à 4 adultes. L'emplacement est bien, à 2mns d'une station de métro et à 25mns à pied du centre historique.
