Our host Raphael was wonderful. He met us at the apartment and assisted with our luggage. He was willing to answer any questions during our stay. The place itself was very clean and included all the basic kitchen amenities. It’s in a convenient location with many places to eat that were great and at a reasonable price. If someone has mobility issues, this place may be difficult as it’s on the fourth floor with steep stairs. There is no elevator.

De 10. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Estaba muy limpio y era muy amplio. Disponía de menaje y de casi todo tipo de electrodomésticos, incluida lavadora. La cama muy cómoda. Incluso había un teléfono móvil disponible para ser usado dentro y fuera del alojamiento.

Perfect value in a good location

Nice, clean newly refurbished apartment in the very centre. Flexible check in hours. No view since the windows are to the patio but thanks to this no noise is coming from the street.

Parking is 22euros a night nearby 2-3 blocks away. Good location and Susanna and Juliana were great. Very helpful staff. Some things like low water pressure (hot side) were unfortunate... and parking is expensive like most big cities are. Lots of pigeons outside the window and a subway right below give some additional noise to the apartment and the stairs can be a bit much for older ones.

(+) Stayed in one-bedroom apartment with kitchen & washing machine. Comfortable bed. Lots of space in each room. Clean. Good speed wifi. Smartphone provided with room, which we needed (can make international calls too). We spent four nights in apartment. Could walk to most of downtown. Just a couple minutes from city hall street. Very friendly staff. Could leave our bags after check out. (-) Couldn't hear the construction next door, but noisy students sometimes out in the plaza at night. No lift, so must carry bags up stairs. Okay for us, but maybe tough for person with disability.
