- Living & Dining Area

The living area has a fresh and urban feel, with a blue-grey sofa, a round dining table for two, beige chairs, a golden mirror and soft decorative details in blue tones. The glass entrance brings in natural light from the shared exterior access gallery, while the blackout blinds allow guests to create more privacy when needed.

It is a comfortable space to relax after exploring the city, watch TV, enjoy a simple meal at home or plan the next day in Porto.

- Kitchen

The kitchen is compact and practical, with warm wood cabinetry and the essentials for easy meals during a city stay. It includes a two-burner hob and oven, microwave, mini-fridge, electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and basic kitchenware.

- Bedroom

The bedroom continues the apartment’s blue-toned style, with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, wooden bedside tables and soft decorative accents. It offers a calm and comfortable space to rest after a day in the city.

- Bathroom

The bathroom is modern and functional, with light finishes and a walk-in shower.

- Shared Garden Areas

Rua Sacadura Cabral places you in a practical and well-connected part of Porto, close to Cedofeita and Lapa. It is a good location for guests who want easy access to the city centre while staying in a slightly calmer residential area.

From here, you can walk to several well-known Porto landmarks, including Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, Igreja do Carmo, Livraria Lello, Torre dos Clérigos and São Bento. Mercado do Bolhão is also reachable on foot for guests who enjoy discovering local food, traditional shops and everyday city life.

The area works especially well for guests who like to explore on foot but also want reliable metro connections nearby.

The apartment is well connected by public transport. Lapa and Carolina Michaelis metro stations are both around 6–7 minutes away on foot, making it easy to reach Trindade, Porto Airport and other areas of the city.

São Bento train station is also reachable on foot, around 22 minutes away, which is convenient for guests planning to explore the city centre or take regional train connections.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
