The property is surrounded and protected by a stone wall right by the sea with private access (lockable pedestrian gate) to the cliff-like part of the sea (no beach).

The property is partly overgrown (palm trees, eucalyptus, pines, tamarisks and other plants typical of the Mediterranean coast) and over 1 hectare in size.

There are 3 houses - an old renovated villa with 3 apartments and two separate new side houses.

They are about 50m apart.

The next golden sandy beach is about 150m away - either with sun loungers etc. or a free beach next to it.

The atmosphere here is uniquely magical.

There is a barbecue for everyone, shady parking spaces, outdoor shower and berths.

The property is only approx. 45 minutes from Brindisi Airport.
