From room service prices, to the taste of every single item I ordered I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The staff was fantastic, but I did have a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker with me to translate. I had a WONDERFUL experience.

A equipe do hotel foi atenciosa e educada. Ficamos no 17ª andar e tem o incomodo da música que fica no corredor e acaba vazando para os quartos e o box do banheiro vazava água do banho por debaixo do vidro que não fica bem vedado, ocorrendo alagamento no banheiro. A vista é linda para o Guaíba.

A estadia de 5 dias foi muito boa. Os funcionários são gentis e solícitos. Como éramos em 3 adultos, 1 teve que dormir em 1 sofá, desconfortável. Não há a possibilidade de + 1 cama de solteiro. O café da manhã era bem variado e o restaurante atende 24hs. Excelente localização, com shopping bem pertinho. Recomendo!
