Harlow Hotel
Very nice, historic hotel. Recently updated to modern standards. We arrived by train and it was a 5 minute walk. The area is a little sketchy with homeless ppl and drug use everywhere. Shelters nearby but poorly managed. The city allows loitering and it is out of controll. This part of Portland is ...
